Music Licensing

The Board wishes to advise that the ISA-27 Music Verification and Copyright Compliance Policy has been formally withdrawn, effective immediately.

This decision follows further discussions and clarification regarding music licensing arrangements for ISA competitions and events. We acknowledge that the introduction of this policy created uncertainty across the membership, and we sincerely apologise for any confusion or inconvenience caused.

ISA is currently working closely with relevant stakeholders to establish a clear and practical approach to music licensing that supports our athletes, clubs, and members, while ensuring appropriate compliance requirements are met.

In the interim, members are advised to continue operating as per existing practices while further updates are finalised. We will provide additional information as soon as it becomes available.
